THYOR

The firm

A senior advisory firm built for private enterprise and private capital.

Founded in 2018, Thyor integrates CFO, tax, transaction, geo-macro, risk and operating capability for decisions that are material, cross-functional or difficult to reverse.

What Thyor is

Principal-led, remote-first and multidisciplinary.

Thyor is the public brand of Thyor, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. The firm works with privately held businesses, private investors, family offices, sovereign and institutional capital, and internationally mobile private clients.

Engagements are led and delivered by experienced professionals rather than a junior leverage pyramid. The team combines employees, retained specialists and established advisers according to the mandate.

Thyor does not publish personnel galleries or client identities. Relevant experience, certifications and references are discussed privately where confidentiality permits.

Operating principles

How the firm conducts itself.

  1. 01

    Seniority is the service

The people accountable for the judgement remain involved in the work.

  2. 02

    Numbers before narrative

Recommendations must survive a financial model, explicit assumptions and downside.

  3. 03

    Implementation counts

Advice is designed around what the client can execute, with governance through delivery.

  4. 04

    Privacy is structural

Client identities, personnel profiles and sensitive mandates are not used as marketing inventory.

  5. 05

    Independence is explicit

No products, public securities advice, broker-dealer activity or transaction-based fees.
